Support running on Nomad

Feature Description

My current team/company is working on Scaling out Nomad because it is great :)

With that, I would love to see consul-api-gateway support running on Nomad since it is also a Hashicorp product. Is this something we could support?

Use Case(s)

For users/teams all in on Hashicorp, it would be nice to allow for consul-api-gateway on other hashi products like Nomad

I would like to run it on Nomad too. It's kinda odd they support K8, and it is not supported on their own product(Nomad).

Thank you for letting us know you would like Consul API Gateway to support Nomad.

We do plan to support Nomad in the future. However, we aren't ready to announce a timeframe for when that will be available.
