Winget installation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My main way to install program on Windows is winget.

Describe the solution you'd like Similar to terraform and vagrant, make boundary and boundary desktop available on winget.

Thank you for the suggestion @t-botz! HashiCorp does not have official support for Terraform or Vagrant distributions on winget and these are instead partner/community maintained.

That said, we will keep this post open to gauge the interest it receives from the community. In the meantime I also encourage you to create request for winget support for Boundary on the winget issues forum here: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/issues
