Expose multiple ports in the target
We have a web console which has a JNLP application embedded with a video console uses VNC protocol.
The JNLP applications use three network ports 443
, 5900
(**VNC) and 623
(**RMCP).
**Virtual Network Computing (VNC)
**Remote Management and Control Protocol (RMCP)
Using the Boundary we could able to expose the 443 target for web console but underline access for JNLP is not working as the other ports are not exposed. If target can accept multiple ports or any way to specify required ports it could give more visibility to the applications type JNLP. 1 Topic is already created: https://discuss.hashicorp.com/t/expose-more-than-1-port-in-target-to-handle-jnlp-application/47251
We too are facing this issue of grouping different hosts in one target . SInce one target has only one default port , only those hosts are accessible which has that same port . Eg- App-Host-set-1 shown in diagram under Scopes ,see- link ,wont work for all hosts in a single target .

@pratiyush05 Probably, in your case, you might want to create a different Target exposing a particular port for accessing an application running on a different port. In our case, a single application is required to expose multiple ports.
Hi @rajatrj16, this is something we are considering for the roadmap, and I will leave this ticket open for community upvotes
@xingluw Have you decided on any timelines yet for this enhancement?
Hi @rajatrj16, this is not on our roadmap for anytime soon, but something we would like to support in the future
