[ADR] Think how to add a custody in a generic way

As a user, I want to sign operation with any custody

Description

We should add more application from the Hedera ecosystem, for that reason, we should sign operations using a custody.

We should think and create an ADR where we display how the integration will be in order to add as many custodies as we want.

Acceptance criteria

  • Create and review an ADR where the implementation process, pros and cons and different alternatives
