[UI] Add PoR value to stable coin details

As an admin, I want to see the current PoR value in the operations details

Context

Description

When a user selects a stable coin WITH PoR and the selects some operation to perform, like Cash in, Burn, etc. we should add the PoR only when the stable coin has it at the end of the list. It should be placed Metadata.

Acceptance criteria

• Given a stable coin with PoR, the PoR value is visible during all operations
• Given a stable coin without PoR, the PoR value is not visible during all operations
