I want to see my current network when I open the mirror node and RPC menu

As an admin, I want that the mirror and RPC menu display the current network

Context

Description

When the user opens the mirror or RPC configuration and selects the "Change current mirror/RPC", the current mirror/RPC is not displayed.

We should add the current option too.

Acceptance criteria

• Given a CLI configured with two mirror nodes, when the user wants to change the selected mirror, all the configured mirror should be displayed.
• Given a CLI configured with two RPCs nodes, when the user wants to change the selected mirror, all the configured RPCs should be displayed.
