Discontinue publishing under the hashgraph namespace
Dual publishing continues until v2.82.0. When we publish v2.83.0 it should only be under hiero namespace. cc: @rbarker-dev @andrewb1269hg
@SimiHunjan when is the expected release of v2.83.0 so we have a timeline to plan against?
v2.82.0 will be released around Jan 20 so the next sprint after that where we would discontinue would be around Feb 3, 2026.
This means that we need to do the switchover prior to January so that the code-base is hiero-centric. I will create a new issue to put that together.
