GHA - Gradle Build Importer tasks are timing out
Description
Intermittent time outs on Gradle Build Importer tasks
Steps to reproduce
Execute the gradle github actions runner and observe the timeout occurring on Build (Importer V1) and Build (Importer V2).
Additional context
Since moving to self-hosted runner we have started to see intermittent timeouts on the gradle build importer tasks.
The jobs used to take ~10-11 minutes. Now they are succeeding between 16:30 and 20 minutes. Intermittently the jobs time out (takes ~25 minutes) error is thrown after timeout
