  • Adds a draft HIP that proposes payer-sponsored CryptoTransfer auto-creations, thus permitting auto-creation by sending HTS assets to a new alias.

In CryptoTransfer, do we provide an option that allows the invoking user the option to create account if does not exist vs return INVALID_ACCOUNT_ID error if the alias does not exist
