Page Load Issue For Hedera REST API

Description

During this week’s developer Q&A, community member Nubesado reported an issue with the Hedera documentation REST API page https://docs.hedera.com/hedera/sdks-and-apis/rest-api. The first part of the page loads, but the rest remains blank and never fully loads. Nubesado mentioned that the page used to work without any issues.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open your browser and go to inspect
2. Go to the network tab and set your throttle to 3G (set to 3G to experience what users with slower networks may see)
3. Visit https://docs.hedera.com/hedera/sdks-and-apis/rest-api
4. Scroll through and notice part of the page loads and it may even get stuck loading
