Tutorial: How to generate a metadata key to update metadata fields for dynamic NFTs (HIP-657)

Create a tutorial for HIP-657 demonstrating how to:

  1. Generate a metadata key
  2. Create a non-fungible token collection with a metadata key set
  3. Show the token ID created for the NFT collection
  4. Mint an NFT from the collection and set the metadata for that NFT
  5. Associate token to another account
  6. Transfer NFT to that account
  7. Update the metadata for the NFT to something else
  8. Show that the metadata for that NFT has been updated from what was set as the original metadata
