Hedera Portal - Visibility issue in Job Function list

Description:

The job function list is not displaying correctly. All the text appears as white, blending into the white background, making it invisible. The text only becomes visible when hovering over it, which reveals the options.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Navigate to the Job Function dropdown/list.

2.Observe that all text is invisible (white on white).

3.Hover over any option — text becomes visible.

Expected Behavior: The job function list text should be clearly visible without requiring hover.
