Add more info in dropdown menus when migrating data

Problem description

When migrating data, I had trouble understanding the direction of the migration because there were no version numbers or anything to help me distinguish between policies/schemas with the same name (see screenshots).

Requirements

We should add as much information as possible, I think at least the version but also other information might be useful (published, draft, or anything else you can think of).

Definition of done

When migrating data users can clearly distinguish between the options.
