Statuses: Align sizes of statuses chips & actions in all tables

Task Description

Currently all statuses in tables have different sizes. It looks not aligned when there are lots of different statuses or actions in one column with different width.

Expected behaviour

Keep all statuses and actions (in this columns) consistent in all tables using the fixed size. For status chip or actions in big tables use 140px width and for smaller tables use 80px width (if this is suitable for available statuses and actions). The main goal is to align width of all statuses and actions in 1 column. If the text is not fit inside chips or button - use truncate (with 3 dots).
