Extend the room for value fields in the policy comparison tool

Problem description

When comparing policies, I can see the field's value, but the width of the column seems fixed (see screenshot).

Requirements

It would be nice to have a minimum column width, but also to be able to leverage the full width in case there's more room available.

Definition of done

Long values in the value column take all the space available in the UI.
