List of Tokens: confusing colors used for Frozen Tokens

Problem description

For User role after redesign the colors are confusing. For Frozen column No is red and Yes is green, but the logic is reversed (yes meaninig that the token is frozen).

Expected behaviour

After discussion there were decided to rename the column "Frozen" to "Status" and show 2 statuses: Red for "Frozen" And Green for "Active"
