UI issues - values are shifted in the cells of the table

Problem description

When user creates issue request, values in the cells of the table are shifted.

Step to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Run iRec4 flow till the step of Issue Request approving
2. Check Production Period Start Date, Production Period End Date, Total KWH Produced in this period values

Expected behaviour

Values are in the center of cells

Actual behaviour

Values are shifted to the left (check screenshot)
