Strip links in campaign blurb and description

As campaigns have distinct call to action buttons, having any links in the blurb and description (especially autogenerated links from domain.com brand names) is counter-productive.

1. The rich text widget should have linking disabled.
2. All links should be stripped out by the validator on save.
