Allow currency codes to be specified in board settings

Like in #330 a board should be able to specify currency codes for posting and filtering jobs. The current hardcoded list of INR, USD and EUR is a decent proxy for Hasjob's current audience plus global companies, but we also have a board like singapore.hasjob.co that should ideally allow posting and querying in SGD, but does not.

Hasjob should support all official currencies and the board's settings should allow picking any of them.
