It is still unclear how we will deliver email within docker.

Run postfix within docker

We can run it within docker itself, allowing our email delivery mechanism to be setup on a per-container basis via env vars

Run postfix in it's own container

This means we can use a single container to process all emails, allowing other non-hasjob containers to send email.
