Link A/B test results to job applications

When a candidate submits an application form (or even opens it) in an A/B tested listing, which headline did they see? While A/B testing is only intended to measure conversion from stickie to detail page, it may be interesting to know if the effect carries through.

The summary box should list how many conversions progressed to a form open and form submit.
