Automatically tweet out a video when added to HasGeek TV

Tweet out from the hasgeek.tv twitter account (https://twitter.com/HasGeekTV), when a new video is added to HasGeek TV, something similar to HasJob.

This can be automated with IFTTT, but only the youtube links will work and not hasgeek.tv links. Alternatively, it can also be setup if there is a RSS feed available.

The tweet can be of the format <brand> <Talk title> <video link> <#HasGeekTV>. Each tweet will support upto 280 chars. Youtube has a 100 char title limit, but truncates anything more than 70 in a search result.

There was a plan to tweet from the brand's own Twitter account. It's dependent on hasgeek/lastuser#61.
