Add LICENSE file to hacknight

LastUser has LICENSE file but other projects like hasjob, hasgeek.tv, hacknight doesn't have LICENSE file. Reason may be license will include the design to be reproduced when code is used else where.

Hacknight doesn't have the design license restriction of hasjob. The full codebase can be released under BSD.
