Add automatic approval of participants

Currently event manager approves the participant. Certain events want to accommodate 100+ participants with auto approve. In those situation it is arduous for event manager to approve each request. Have an auto approve checkbox, if checked the participant is auto approved after filling the apply form till maximum capacity is reached.
