User owned projects

Proposal: instead of projects within events, projects should be owned by users and brought to an event. The user remains the overall owner of the project and us therefore motivated to maintain it long term.

The project's involvement across events can be visualized.

Since projects outnumber events, we should also consider making projects second level citizens, after profiles, pushing events into a less prominent role.
