Remove baseframe dependency.

Add the remaining assets to webpack build process

  • [ ] schedule.js & its dependency
  • [x] script.js

Clarification: this is legacy JS/CSS assets bundled with Baseframe, not for the Blueprint and WTForms extensions — those are also pending deprecation, but will take much longer.
