Improve Documentation

I've just installed the DEV Version on my uberspace.de hosting and had some problems. I would like to help improving the dokumentation.

The instagram service needs some work also: https://github.com/haschek/PubwichFork/pull/41 Documentation and code has to chance because instgram changed the authentification-service.

Regarding your problem with bower, it is part of the Readme since it is necessary to install and develop PubwichFork.

Information for beginner (users). Is it possible to install Pubwich Fork without bower and ssh access? I think SSH and bower is in 90% of the normalusers hosting space not availible. Tell ´the requirenments in personal skill and from the hosting perspective. I would love to help with this part of work. But I need some more info.
