Remove inactive branches

Currently, our repository has 36 branches, many of them were not updated in the last few months. Some of them are already merged into master, and many others are only commits behind master but have no commits ahead of master.

We should delete the irrelevant branches, in order to reduce this mess.

I'm willing to delete the branches that are marked as merged and have no commits beyond master. Does anyone have an objection?

My only branch is the SIRI data documentation (siri-stats-doc) and it is still work in progress.
