Add notification to the "old " Glitter Drag informing about Glitter Drag Pro

Hi,

I learned that there is a new version, Glitter Drag Pro, by chance. Previously I have been using your old Glitter Drag extension. Perhaps it would be a good idea to inform users, that there is a new version of the extension so they could switch.

not sure. the new version is still under work, there is something I want to add but may introduce breaking changes

Ok, so this may be an idea to introduce, when you think the extension is ready for daily use.

It is hard to give a specific day, I don't have much time to put into this project. For the basic feature, it should work fine in daily usage(I use the new version every day), but for the other feature(script, menu, compatibility, image search, cross-page dragging), it lacks a good design or tests, documents should also be needed
