adding support for multi gpu and nasnet

NasNet is a new architecture achieving SOTA on ImageNet, I added support for it as a feature extractions I have added support for mutli_gpu based on Keras existing utility

@harvitronix I think that add multi-gpu support and NasNet can be a useful for the community, what needs to be done to merge those into the main fork?
