bower and npm support

It'd be nice to have a package.json and bower.json in here so we can painlessly use Harvey in our projects. Additionally, it'd be great to support require.js and commonJS via a umdjs wrapper.

If you guys are open to this, let me know and I can work on this myself.

Also the name harvey has since been taken https://www.npmjs.com/package/harvey — perhaps we should consider publishing it as harvey-media or something

Nice :-) - But "harvey-media" could be misleading (because of audio, video etc). How about "harvey-mq"?
