Section in docs about styling Chosen

Mentioned in https://github.com/harvesthq/chosen/pull/1736, but making it official in its own issue.

It would probably be nice to add a section about custom styling for Chosen. Mostly, just note that it uses standard CSS most places, so users can just override the rules they want to. But some specific things like the feature added in #1736 should also probably be mentioned.
