[BUG] v1.4.0-rc3 "Edit as YAML" on Events Renders Null UI in `.main-layout`

Describe the bug Right clicking on any events, "Edit as YAML" renders UI to empty screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Right click on any events, "Edit as YAML"
2. .main-layout will render to Null

Expected behavior Perhaps dis-allowing "Edit as YAML" on Events?

Environment

• Harvester ISO version: v1.4.0-rc3
• Underlying Infrastructure: Dell PowerEdge R720
