Enable the selection and moving of multiple links between folders

Haven't implemented this yet. It's part of the spec, to handle the case where somebody creates a batch in the wrong folder, which would be a bit of a pain to fix one link at a time.

In the meantime, don't show a message we are hoping to do this. "Under Construction" signs tend to stay up forever.....
