Refactor js?

It's working. But we can probably do better in the readability category, and there are some funny things happening (e.g., folder-tree.module.ls.getAll runs nine times on every load of the create page).

Maybe the next step to update this issue is to write an ADR on the choice we'd like to make at this moment. That could be:

  • Upgrade to something (undecided)
  • Upgrade to Vue
  • Wait until it breaks to update
  • Wait until it breaks and fix as JS
