New York Commission of Appeals == New York Appeals Court ?

I just discovered this case, which says it was in the "New York Commission of Appeals":

https://cite.case.law/ny/61/88/

From everything I can tell, this isn't a real jurisdiction, but is rather another name for the New York Appeals Court after they created it. I'm not an expert on NY court history, but skimming this...

https://www.nycourts.gov/history/legal-history-new-york/documents/History_COA-Kaye-There-Shall-Be.pdf

...points to a Commission of Appeals that was created, and then sort of seamlessly transitions (around page 14) into being the court of appeals.

So I think this court should be nuked from your system, and all of its cases reassigned to the court of appeals. This warrants another set of eyes, from a proper researcher, say, but I think this isn't a real court/jurisdiction.

Boo, I can't label things. Ah well, this should be labeled as Data.
