Lower umbilical blocking throughhole access

I printed out this solution as I love the look and functionality of it. I can't figure out the wide lower umbilical though (with the logo cutout) as the blocked off logo area completely block access to the deck throughhole and thus rendering the part useless for its purpose. Am I missing something?
