More options to remove Rainbow menu entry

An option has already been provided that allows users to hide the Rainbow context menu entry.

However, no equivalent option is provided to allow the Rainbow entry in the context menu for images to be hidden, or to hide the entry that's in the main Firefox app menu.

The Rainbow entry added to the FIrefox menu is a particular problem for users of Firefox v29 (and higher) who use Classic Theme Restorer, because the Rainbow entry gets added to the end of the CTR's Firefox menu.after the 'Exit' menu. This is ugly and requires adjustment to get used to 'Exit' no longer being the last menu item (as it should be).

I activate Rainbow either by hotkey or by adding it to my add-on / status bar, so I do not need menu options for Rainbow everywhere. It would therefore be very useful to have checkbox options to remove the Rainbow entry from the image context menu and also from the Firefox app menu.
