Add Question/Answer to all extended family parts

Longterm, low priority enhancement:

Add an (additional) block to all extended family parts with questions and answers as an alternative to the person tables. For example

• Q: Was/is John married?
• A: Yes, John was married to Marry and Su. He married Marry in 1902; they were divorced in 1905. Two years later he married Su. They were married until the death of John.

or

Q: Tell me the siblings of John! A: John had two siblings: Arthur and Ben. Arthur was born 2 years after John, Ben was four years younger than John.

This can be used by a chatbot module (Telegram) or an Alexa module later on.
