I can get only few files

Hello, I can get only some files, a lot are skipped without an apparent reason. What can I do ?

Something I realised is that if you provide a full URL (domain.com/file.html) it will only download that html and some documents corresponding to it. If you only provide domain.com however, it will download the entire site.
