unresolved maven coordinates

I can't resolve the following maven coordinates "harsha2010" % "magellan" % "1.0.4-s_2.11" outlined from https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/harsha2010/magellan/1.0.4-s_2.11 Is there a special repository to be added? Usually mvnrepository should work?

i haven't made Magellan available as a maven package yet. it is only a spark package... happy to make it available in maven central if there is enough demand. can you open a ticket for it?
