when downloading datasets，we met two errors, error info is shown as below:

A. Initializing download: https://dl.fbaipublicfiles.com/billion-scale-ann-benchmarks/bigann/base.1B.u8bin Unable to connect to server dl.fbaipublicfiles.com:80

B. Initializing download: https://comp21storage.blob.core.windows.net/publiccontainer/comp21/MSFT-TURING-ANNS/base1b.fbin HTTP/1.1 400 The account being accessed does not support http.
