Feature Request: Different Hosting Provider for Datasets

I cannot read Chinese, so there is the possibility something was lost in translation, but Baidu prompted me to install a hefty deb package of 100MB in order to download the datasets, and I did not see an alternative download method available. Could I suggest an alternative file hosting service be chosen to host the datasets, as this is an unnecessary inconvenience? It makes little sense installing a 100MB client just so you can download a 357MB dataset? The client is 1/3 the size of the desired download.
