Titles are truncated

Current Behavior

Given a long title with a hyphen (Eg. Project MUSE - What Is the evidence that art-science-technology collaboration Is a Good thing?), the title will be truncated to just the start (eg. Project Muse)

Expected Behavior

Long titles should be respected or have a better way of shortening.

This is also happening for titles that use french quotes:

However, I would like to point out a small persistent problem : in the created epub, the title of an article is truncated when it contains angular quotation marks « ... », (or chevron quotation marks, or French quotes).  
For example, the title : This week, the « coronavirus » epidemic is spreading.
becomes : This week, the 
But :
when the title begins with an angular quotation mark, it is truncated only before the second quote
Example : « Coronavirus » :  the epidemic spreads
becomes : « Coronavirus 
this problem does not occur with english quotation marks "..."  
this problem occurs only in the main title of the web page, not in the body of the text or in subtitles
