Extract article author and date. Include both in the references.

The server should be better at extracting the author and date from articles.

It would also be great to include these field in the references page.

Is this included in the chrome extension yet?

This would need to be done in the epub-press project. More a nice to have than something I'm working on. It's not currently done.
