Yes you can use the `--no-direct-io` global option *(specify it before the `cudaplot` command)*.
It's available only directly from the `bladebit` executable itself, not from `chia plotters`
What happens when you run `iotest` with the drives in question? Do you get the expected speed?
Which `GRResult` specifically is it showing?
Does the harvester log show any `GRResult_Failed` messages at any point?
