Update documentation regarding "community" Slack

The Slack is clearly not open for the community, since one must have a @harness.io address to join:

is drone.io as a self-hosted solution still alive and well? Where are open source users supposed to go to discuss using drone? The slack is not open, and the former forums are now read-only. Should I be looking for an alternative self-hosted CI solution?

we are handling this. someone internally changed the Slack settings to require a harness.io email address. I have asked the team to revert this change by end of day. I will post and close this issue once resolved.
