When the user wants to browse the public registry, visiting https://public.ecr.aws/harness results in

{"errors":[{"code":"DENIED","message":"Not Authorized"}]}

but https://gallery.ecr.aws/ works. For this statement, "You can find Harness CI images on Harness ECR public...", I believe we can keep https://gallery.ecr.aws/ since https://public.ecr.aws/ redirects to https://gallery.ecr.aws/ For docs on the registry URL "To pull Harness images from ECR ... then enter https://public.ecr.aws/harness for Docker Registry URL." we can s/gallery/public.
