Description

We have been running into this error at transunion across different modules (CI/CD/IACM).The error primarily arises due to customer network inspection tools (like netskope, zscaler) not handling the new keyshares introduced in Go 1.23 and 1.24

Adding this in platform module because this is not particular one specific module and can arise at any client using go 1.23 or more. Below are ticket references for this issue at transunion but it can be seen at the other customers as well.
