Creating too many tabs on its own

Steps followed: in HTML file, right clicked and selected "Preview HTML", one preview tab added to the tablist which is fine, but now if I enter any new character in html or if I save the html again by just pressing Ctrl+Save, it created around 10+ new preview tabs on its own which is very much weird. Please fix this issue
